- Proven experience configuring and working in Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social or Octopost.
- Strong understanding of social listening queries and filters.
- Strong understanding of owned vs earned social channels.
- Strong understanding of dashboards, reports, and alerts.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to a defined scope.
- Comfortable working as part of a wider delivery team.
- Hootsuite certification(s).
- Experience working to repeatable implementation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Create social listening queries, topics, and filters.
- Set up owned and earned social channels.
- Configure platform dashboards, reports, and alerts.
- Apply best-practice standards across social listening, publishing, and reporting.
- Participate in requirements review sessions led by the Implementation Manager.
- Implement configurations based on agreed client requirements.
- Perform quality assurance on technical deliverables.
- Support the delivery of client training sessions.
