Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or multi-unit restaurant organizations.
  • Significant executive leadership experience overseeing large-scale, multi-region, or international operations.
  • Proven track record in leading high-growth organizations through expansion and transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience as a member of a senior executive leadership team.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with extensive P&L ownership experience.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 70% of the time.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with global time zone flexibility.
  • Ability to perform venue-specific physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions across the global venue portfolio.
  • Define and execute global operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape company direction and growth.
  • Direct regional operational executives and venue leadership teams to build a world-class organization.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage P&L, operating budgets, and capital planning.
  • Ensure consistent operational execution, guest experience, and brand standards across all markets.
  • Establish and oversee operational risk, safety, and compliance governance frameworks.
