Requirements
- Engineering graduate degree, ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the area of customer support.
- Proficiency in installation, logical configuration, and troubleshooting of IBM, EMC, Hitachi, and NetApp storage products.
- Hands-on skills with Brocade or Cisco SAN switches.
- Hands-on skills with IBM, Quantum, HP, or Dell tape libraries.
- Experience connecting and configuring AIX, Solaris, Linux, or Windows hosts to storage products.
- Ability to perform log collection and analysis on storage products.
- Capability to conduct performance analysis and address performance issues.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work during alternative time zone shifts.
Responsibilities
- Install, logically configure, and troubleshoot IBM, EMC, Hitachi, and NetApp storage products.
- Configure Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.
- Manage and configure IBM, Quantum, HP, and Dell tape libraries.
- Connect and configure AIX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows hosts to various storage products.
