Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent military education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing mechanical and/or electrical equipment (or 8 years with HS Diploma/GED).
- Minimum 5 years of XR/RF engineering experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve difficult technical issues with advanced knowledge of applicable systems.
- Strong technical communication skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Networking, DICOM, Insite, PACS, and OS field service experience.
- Experience using Common Service Desktop, CRM, and remote diagnostic tools.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for XR/RF Modality.
- Utilize GEHC escalation processes to support implementation of corrective action plans.
- Act as a field advisor to drive product serviceability, reliability, and quality trend analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve formal customer escalations and improve product quality.
- Coach and train Field Engineers to ensure technical and customer service skills are up to date.
- Support installations, FMIs, and customer escalations at customer sites with up to 20% travel.
