Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Software Development, including at least 2 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
- Background in building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in database management and distributed systems.
- Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science.
- Experience promoting technology adoption in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI solutions with a focus on LLMs and modern ML for real-world business problems.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications including RAG, agents, and chatbots.
- Participate in the design and management of data pipelines for efficient data collection and preprocessing.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions into cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability and security.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and tools.
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML value-add areas for business processes.
- Educate and guide stakeholders on AI applications.
