Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house environments
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, social media, and direct search techniques
  • Proven ability to influence and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market conditions
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in parallel within a high-volume environment
  • Solid understanding of ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, market positioning, and hiring strategy
  • Build and execute tailored sourcing plans using direct search, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (typically 15–20 requisitions concurrently) across business functions
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, including passive and diverse candidate pools
  • Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation trends, and talent availability
  • Enhance recruitment processes through continuous improvement, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
