Requirements
- Strong experience in crypto, Web3, or digital advertising ecosystems with deep understanding of sponsorship and KOL marketing models.
- Proven hunter sales mentality with experience sourcing and closing deals independently through outbound channels and personal networks.
- Hands-on experience managing KOLs, affiliates, or influencer partnerships, including negotiation and performance tracking.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the crypto or digital media space.
- Strong existing network of crypto project contacts with active marketing budgets.
- Based in or strongly connected to major Web3 hubs.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple deals, and maintain high levels of organization and CRM discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sponsorship and partnership sales cycle, including sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with crypto projects, advertisers, KOLs, and affiliates.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline using crypto communities, conferences, Telegram groups, Crypto Twitter, and personal networks.
- Manage multiple concurrent KOL and affiliate partnerships, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal content and operations teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed accurately and aligned with campaign goals.
- Deliver structured post-campaign reporting with performance insights, ROI analysis, and recommendations for renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Consistently achieve high monthly revenue targets, building a sustainable pipeline with measurable short- and long-term outcomes.
- Maintain full ownership of CRM activity, deal tracking, and pipeline accuracy without reliance on support structures.
