Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Track record of closing warm inbound or relationship-led deals.
- Native or fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Near-perfect English, both written and spoken.
- Strong written communication skills for client interaction via chat and email.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different client profiles.
- Comfortable handling objections and proposing solutions.
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely during US hours.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of independent projects or ventures.
- Likeable and proactive commercial approach.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into clients, handling the full commercial cycle from qualification to close.
- Adapt approach to different client profiles, from solo affiliates to established media buying operations.
- Own the commercial side of ongoing client relationships, tracking revenue and minimizing drop-off.
- Surface referral and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Cover inbound leads across North and South America during US hours.
- Build and grow a professional network within the performance marketing community.
- Progress into outbound business development by leveraging industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to strengthen the company presence in the region.
- Provide insights on client needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
