Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or political science.
- No prior work experience required.
- Passion for the intersection of economics, government policy, and libertarianism.
- Familiarity with basic economic and budgeting concepts.
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to think independently.
- Empirical skills (optional but preferred: R, STATA, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Support the research efforts of the Budget and Entitlement Policy team.
- Manage administrative and organizational tasks for the team.
- Produce the weekly Debt Digest newsletter.
- Synthesize fiscal developments and analyze budget data.
- Draft summaries for working papers, blog posts, op-eds, tweets, and books.
