Requirements
- Inter Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in online accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (IF formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to working EST hours (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST).
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee monthly client accounting operations within Zoho Books.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records.
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform detailed reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Plan and execute data migration projects from various accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to Zoho Books.
- Develop customized migration strategies tailored to each client's business operations.
- Provide post-migration support for up to 6 months to ensure client proficiency.
