- Proven ability to design and deploy process automation within accounting or finance environments.
- Strong technical foundation in SQL and understanding of data flow concepts.
- Working knowledge of APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations and data pipelines.
- Skilled in leading working sessions with executive-level stakeholders like Controllers.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable technical and non-technical solutions.
- Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents that automate complex accounting processes.
- Lead high-impact transformation engagements with enterprise accounting teams to diagnose bottlenecks and identify automation opportunities.
- Drive enterprise adoption by guiding stakeholders through workflow redesign and change management.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting, including editing Python scripts and writing SQL queries.
- Serve as the functional and technical escalation point for complex issues involving integrations and automation logic.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to design recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
- Influence product direction by providing actionable insights to the Product team.
- Provide leadership and quality assurance for implementation partners.
- Travel up to 60% for customer site engagements, training, and workshops.
