Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or IT industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage and track project progress, and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
