Responsibilities

  • Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform.
  • Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches.
  • Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications (email and SMS).
  • Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update platform configurations as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users.
  • Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
