Responsibilities
- Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform.
- Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches.
- Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications (email and SMS).
- Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Maintain and update platform configurations as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users.
- Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
