Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (strongly preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, actuarial, or related work.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
- Strong desire and demonstrated ability to lead.
- Telecom industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create quarterly and monthly operating expense reports with meaningful analysis and forecasting.
- Perform subscription expense projections quarterly to inform earnings forecasts.
- Analyze the impact of strategic business changes.
- Maintain scorecards and decision support tools, including management of the company budget.
- Communicate financial insights and context regarding actual and forecasted expenses to leadership.
- Participate in monthly review meetings to analyze and explain financial results.
- Extract, analyze, and validate datasets to drive process improvements.
