Requirements
- Possess a professional license in the state of Georgia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Hold a Master's Degree in a behavioral or social science primarily psychological in nature.
- Maintain current malpractice insurance.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional proficiency in managing electronic clinical or medical records (ECR/EMR).
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with clients to build therapeutic alliance.
- Conduct thorough reviews of client demographic information and intake forms to ensure documentation is complete.
- Administer and review assessments for completion of diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Develop diagnosis and treatment plans to ensure efficacy of client care.
- Facilitate individual or group sessions to identify client needs, establish personalized goals, and monitor progress.
- Utilize practical techniques to help clients manage emotions and overcome challenges.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records using SOAP and Group Note templates.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes.
- Participate in monthly staff and supervision meetings.
