Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in international express, freight forwarding, or export cross-border e-commerce logistics.
  • Mandatory experience in B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics.
  • Familiarity with export air freight, overseas warehousing, distribution, and parcel line services.
  • Proven experience in local market development and cross-border logistics.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong planning and sales process management skills.
  • Excellent logical thinking, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and marketing planning capabilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to handle pressure and thrive in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new regional clients, nurture customer relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to payment collection.
  • Formulate and implement tailored sales prices and logistics solutions in collaboration with the pricing department.
  • Proactively collect and analyze market insights to assist the team in expanding into new regional markets.
  • Achieve personal and regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Engage with industry-leading clients to drive innovation and establish the company’s brand reputation.
