Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in international express, freight forwarding, or export cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Mandatory experience in B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Familiarity with export air freight, overseas warehousing, distribution, and parcel line services.
- Proven experience in local market development and cross-border logistics.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong planning and sales process management skills.
- Excellent logical thinking, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and marketing planning capabilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to handle pressure and thrive in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new regional clients, nurture customer relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to payment collection.
- Formulate and implement tailored sales prices and logistics solutions in collaboration with the pricing department.
- Proactively collect and analyze market insights to assist the team in expanding into new regional markets.
- Achieve personal and regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Engage with industry-leading clients to drive innovation and establish the company’s brand reputation.
