Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated experience building and activating reseller or distributor partner networks.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet quotas and acquire new logos.
  • Strong hunter mentality with energy for outbound prospecting and account acquisition.
  • Ability to manage both partner-led pipeline and direct enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen for structuring win-win deals and negotiating with partners and customers.
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing pipelines in HubSpot or equivalent CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency or strong working proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Western Europe, up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the partner ecosystem by managing, developing, and holding resellers and distributors accountable to targets.
  • Hunt for new partners by proactively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding resellers in white-space markets.
  • Drive pipeline through the channel by co-selling alongside partners and stepping in to close key deals directly.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to expand market footprint in Western Europe.
  • Hunt direct enterprise opportunities by qualifying, progressing, and closing deals where no partner coverage exists.
  • Gather and feed back market intelligence on customer use cases and competitors to inform product strategy.
  • Represent Wingtra as a brand ambassador at trade shows, industry events, and partner visits.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting within HubSpot.
