Requirements
- 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably within the crypto derivatives space.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is essential.
- Strong understanding of the crypto derivatives market and related products.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach to potential clients.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market.
- Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to position the company effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Attend and represent the company at key industry events and conferences, building brand presence and establishing partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets to senior management.
