Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building automation workflows and CRM systems in real business environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.
- Experience connecting CRMs with email, payments, calendars, and other tools.
- Familiarity with data management tools like Airtable or Google Sheets.
- Experience implementing AI workflows into business processes.
- Strong technical documentation skills (SOPs, guides, specs).
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Audit and improve existing systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows.
- Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client businesses.
- Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales processes.
- Create clear SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders.
