Job Details

8+ years of product management experience in compliance, financial crimes, payments, or banking infrastructure.
People management experience leading and growing a team of senior PMs across multiple squads.
Deep expertise in KYC/KYB, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, case management, and customer risk rating.
Platform product experience designing service contracts, integration models, and SLAs.
Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses.
Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, system architecture, and event-driven workflows.
Proven cross-functional leadership driving outcomes across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Operations.
Ability to act as the single accountable senior product voice in complex, regulated environments.

Own the Transparency strategy and roadmap end to end, balancing platform investment with regulated-product delivery commitments.
Drive prioritization across four squads covering Onboarding & Monitoring, Transaction Risk Management, Billing & Revenue, and Data Platform.
Define and ship the API contract and integration model for Transparency as an internal platform.
Build deep working understanding of system architecture across compliance tooling, ledger models, screening providers, and case management.
Drive go-to-market and adoption metrics for Transparency, including time to onboard and integration speed.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Security, Operations, and Sales.
Deliver company objectives through strategic product decisions that strengthen regulatory moats.
Define and evolve the Transparency org design, squad structure, and ways of working.
