Requirements
- Experience working in a management or lead role within a tech company
- Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Prior remote work experience
- Fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana)
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital, content, email, social, and paid channels
- Drive demand generation campaigns to support sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, and display advertising
- Oversee content strategy and production including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on KPIs and campaign performance
- Build and mentor a small marketing team or manage external agencies and freelancers as needed
