Requirements
- Experience in software QA with a foundation in manual and automated testing.
- Ability to systematically reproduce issues from customer support tickets.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, workflow automation).
- Comfortable working with APIs, reading logs, and navigating distributed systems.
- Experience writing automated tests in languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented approach to prioritizing support issues and test cycles.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer support tickets to understand reported issues and extract reproduction steps.
- Reproduce customer-reported bugs across different environments and configurations.
- Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases for open-source and Enterprise editions.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing across release cycles.
- Collaborate with engineers to define acceptance criteria and validate fixes.
- Contribute to building and improving automated test coverage.
- Track and report on quality metrics and recurring issue patterns.
