Requirements
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience taking products end-to-end, including backend services, integrations, and frontend components.
- Strong understanding of database design and evolution.
- Skilled in creating RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems.
- Experience designing and evolving software architecture from the ground up.
- Knowledge of software monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (version control, testing, deployment automation, code reviews).
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Embed with corporate teams to discover operational problems and scope technical solutions.
- Design and build end-to-end software solutions, including backend services and user-facing features.
- Develop integrations to connect third-party SaaS platforms and internal services.
- Automate manual workflows for corporate functions like People, Legal, and Finance.
- Own and govern data products required for reporting and decision-making.
- Ship, operate, and maintain high-impact software products.
