  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B growth/marketing.
  • Proven experience building or scaling enterprise marketing focused on sales-qualified pipeline.
  • Track record of scaling demand generation engines from <$5M to $30M+ ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive 2x+ ARR growth.
  • Experience in both product-led sales and sales-led motions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning sales, product, and revenue operations teams.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, KPI ownership, and tying activities to revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to build ICPs, positioning, and sales enablement assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and deliver growth and marketing execution for the sales-enabled, large enterprise business.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing and event strategies for top-tier accounts.
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through content and paid marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and improve product-led growth and sales-assist initiatives to build pipeline.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to build and maintain lead scoring models, funnel reporting, and marketing operations.
  • Hire, coach, and inspire a lean GTM squad focused on enterprise sales and marketing.
