Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (additional language is a bonus).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building and 'hunter' mentality.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to grow and develop professionally.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Perform outbound outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis with prospective and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on ongoing industry market trends.
  • Contact and document 100% of qualified inbound leads in the CRM.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners regarding commercial activities.
