Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (additional language is a bonus).
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building and 'hunter' mentality.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Natural curiosity and desire to grow and develop professionally.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Perform outbound outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis with prospective and existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Monitor and provide feedback on ongoing industry market trends.
- Contact and document 100% of qualified inbound leads in the CRM.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for partners regarding commercial activities.
