Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products with a portfolio featuring detailed case studies.
- Proven experience with complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise systems, particularly BI or data products.
- Fluency in Figma as the primary design tool.
- Willingness to integrate AI capabilities into design workflows and interface design.
- Strong decision-making abilities using heuristics and data analysis when user access is limited.
- Experience conducting UX research in enterprise or government environments.
- Ability to advocate for design within a developer-driven environment.
- Sensitivity to UX writing and translating technical concepts into clear language.
- Understanding of technical constraints including design tokens, JSON, and basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS).
- Fluency in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full design cycle: discovery, design, prototyping, delivery, and iteration, incorporating AI-driven workflows.
- Design interfaces for a diverse user base, ranging from data-savvy scientists to less technical professionals.
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to influence the product backlog and strategic direction.
- Develop and scale the design system, ensuring accessibility compliance and token consistency.
- Draft technical UI copy, including error messages and labels, for a highly technical product.
- Initiate UX research and usability reviews, even when direct user access is limited.
