Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls with patients in English and Spanish to gather detailed medical and injury histories.
- Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems.
- Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency.
- Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards.
- Ensure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to interpret.
- Review work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Follow established workflows and documentation protocols.
- Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality.
