Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Federal Account Executive role.
- Experience within the Department of War (DoW).
- Proven experience selling enterprise software, AI/ML, or data analytics.
- Strong understanding of procurement and contracting for AI software.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% for agency engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet annual targets and quarterly KPIs.
- Execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate DoW agencies.
- Identify stakeholders and map AI readiness solutions to their missions.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams on demos and proposals.
- Stay current on DoW procurement trends and the competitive landscape.
