- 10+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments such as startup or scale-up leadership or strategic operations.
- Proven experience in creating structure from ambiguity and designing scalable operating models.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience deploying AI to accelerate execution.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete, stick-to-it execution.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills without formal authority.
- High-judgment decision making and the ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution.
- Ability to provide clarity and unblock initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn the Medicare Advantage business model quickly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's trusted proxy in high-stakes environments and decision-making processes.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives against growth, quality, and financial objectives.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional projects across clinical, operations, finance, and growth teams.
- Establish operating rhythms, tracking mechanisms, and decision cadences to run the business effectively.
- Identify and deploy AI-powered tools to improve decision quality and operational leverage.
- Create high-quality narratives and presentations for the CEO, Board, and executive stakeholders.
