  • Ability to manage 65-80 calls per day.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform job functions in a busy and stressful environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience with medical and billing terminology (preferred).
  • Prior work experience in healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from patients, internal departments, and medical facilities via phone.
  • Manage 65-80 inbound and outbound calls daily.
  • Contact patients regarding balances, payment arrangements, and insurance validation.
  • Screen and route patient calls to appropriate departments.
  • Utilize Epic to respond to patient questions and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain professional relationships and communication across departments.
