Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information.
  • Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the audit team to ensure smooth processes.
  • Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are prepared.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and prepare audit reports.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
