- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong ability to understand franchisee goals and help grow their business.
- Preferred: Experience in the real estate or franchising industry.
- Preferred: Knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and practices.
- Strong skills in influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Strategic and creative problem-solving mindset with outcome-focused thinking.
- Excellent organizational and change management skills.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and persuasive presentation skills.
- Reside near a major airport with the ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Support high-expectation organizations to drive significant growth and engagement.
- Partner with Franchise Sales to prioritize markets, develop growth strategies, and present at prospect-facing events.
- Identify growth opportunities through organic gain, strategic consolidation, M&A, and roll-in events.
- Drive key metrics including agent recruiting, retention, per-agent production, and franchise sales growth.
- Lead complex consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning.
- Benchmark business planning and set strategic goals for franchisees.
- Build brand engagement in partnership with Vice President and Brand Leadership.
- Develop and conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics.
- Manage compliance, contractual changes, and deal approvals within assigned territory.
