Requirements

  • 1+ years of office customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to identify and analyze vehicle title documents within company and state guidelines.
  • Ability to work closely with state DMV and lien holder entities.
  • Basic 10-key proficiency.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate workflow.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English (reading/writing).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Available for occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Open and scan incoming mail.
  • Manage a call queue to answer inquiries, provide claim updates, and direct callers appropriately.
  • Create and distribute total loss packets according to state guidelines.
  • Contact lien holders to secure payoff information, letters of guarantee, and title copies.
  • Initiate and follow up with vehicle owners/insureds to secure and correct necessary documentation.
  • Review mail and documentation to ensure compliance with state guidelines.
  • Launch 'Okay to Pay' authorizations to insurance companies after final file review.
  • Monitor and process tasks within a shared inbox to meet contractual and company timelines.
