Requirements

  • Excellent English written and oral communication proficiency (CEF C1 level or above).
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Computer knowledge and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple passwords and systems simultaneously.
  • Home Internet meeting minimums: 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, 100ms ping.
  • Cable, Fiber, or DSL internet only.
  • Willingness to enroll in and use Multi-Factor Authentication (Okta/Microsoft Authenticator).
  • Pass a CLEAR™ identity verification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone and email.
  • Provide guidance on products and assist with setup and maintenance of online learning software and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, computers, printers, and phones.
  • Document inquiries into a web-based ticketing system.
  • Resolve inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate unique issues or inaccurate knowledge base information to supervisors.
