Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team.
- Python fluency for rapid prototyping and utility script development.
- Deep TypeScript and React proficiency (Hooks, Context API, Vite, Shadcn UI).
- Backend proficiency in Node.js, Express, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- AI-native mindset with understanding of MCP and agentic orchestration patterns.
- Ability to design and implement guardrails for AI agents.
- Business-aware mindset with a focus on metrics and user value.
- Strong product design sensibility and ability to distinguish between good and bad UX.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system.
- Own features end-to-end, from idea to production, across React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL.
- Proactively instrument features, measure impact, seek user feedback, and iterate based on metrics.
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and Claude Agent SDK.
- Integrate LLMs into product features via prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Build, maintain, and extend automation pipelines connecting AI agents, external APIs, and GCP cloud services.
