Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience with integration, regression, and system testing using automated tools in web-based applications.
- 5+ years of experience in software performance testing and engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-based or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting, test development, and automation.
- Experience in the entire QA life cycle, test plan design, and documentation.
- Experience testing applications in AWS cloud environments (EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, RDS).
- Understanding of NodeJS, REST APIs, microservices, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
- Ability to interpret system logs, metrics, and profiling data to diagnose bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests to validate system scalability and responsiveness.
- Define performance benchmarks and KPIs based on application SLAs, SOW requirements, and user load models.
- Build, configure, and maintain performance test environments in AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Design test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and tune system configurations.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed performance reports, recommending optimization strategies.
- Support failover and stress testing scenarios to verify system fault tolerance and scalability.
