Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Sc. degree or any postgraduate degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior experience in laboratory diagnostics.
  • Strong knowledge of the local IVD market.
  • Fluent in English and the relevant local language.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
  • Proven experience in funnel management.
  • Highly agile and flexible with a willingness to undertake extensive travel.
  • Experience in distributor relations management and key account management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary business revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with end users and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and review the sales funnel in SFDC on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to streamline inventory and order management.
  • Partner with APPS and marketing teams to conduct periodic workshops and education programs at customer sites.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial excellence, logistics, finance, HR, and legal departments.
