Requirements
- B.E. / B.Sc. degree or any postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of prior experience in laboratory diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of the local IVD market.
- Fluent in English and the relevant local language.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
- Proven experience in funnel management.
- Highly agile and flexible with a willingness to undertake extensive travel.
- Experience in distributor relations management and key account management is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary business revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with end users and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and review the sales funnel in SFDC on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with channel partners to streamline inventory and order management.
- Partner with APPS and marketing teams to conduct periodic workshops and education programs at customer sites.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial excellence, logistics, finance, HR, and legal departments.
