Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in BFSI sales, enterprise software sales, or digital transformation solution selling.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle enterprise sales processes and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong domain understanding of BFSI operations and document-intensive business workflows.
  • Experience selling Document Management Systems (DMS) or similar enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or financial services clients is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop ROI-driven business cases.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other BFSI organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term business expansion.
  • Position Document Management System (DMS) and related digital solutions aligned with client compliance and operational needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and value-based discussions with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to design tailored solutions and ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and deal structuring for enterprise engagements.
