Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading information systems projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare or managed care industry.
- Expert knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Advanced understanding of agile and waterfall development methods.
- Proven experience integrating Lean, PDSA, or Six Sigma techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage matrixed teams and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans outlining components, communications, milestones, priorities, and resources.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings to build consensus and collaboration.
- Monitor project status and communicate progress to sponsors and business owners.
- Identify and mitigate project barriers while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Employ change management techniques to facilitate project adoption.
- Track project costs and identify variances from plans.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and review records upon completion.
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal systems and process improvements.
