Job Details

3 to 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production and owning AI-enabled capabilities.
Strong product judgment with the ability to identify core problems and prioritize for business impact.
Technical fluency and ability to understand technical tradeoffs and complex data systems.
Analytical thinking skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
Clear communication skills for articulating complex ideas to engineering, leadership, and customers.
Experience in fulfillment operations, logistics, 3PL, or ecommerce strongly preferred.
Experience with technical, complex products built on large datasets strongly preferred.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
Ability to work directly with customers and lead discovery conversations.

Own core product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and customer discovery through design, development, and launch.
Work directly with customers to understand parcel and 3PL operations and translate pain points into product opportunities.
Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features that solve complex operational problems.
Define product requirements and priorities using customer insight, data analysis, and company strategy.
Shape the platform's evolution by expanding AI-driven capabilities for logistics intelligence and operational decision-making.
Design and ship AI-enabled product capabilities that are reliable, explainable, and useful in operational workflows.
Analyze product usage and operational data to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Collaborate with leadership, customer success, and sales to deliver measurable value to customers.
