Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of building and closing million-dollar deals.
- Experience selling generators or relevant industrial equipment.
- Ability to explain technical concepts like volts, amps, and kWh simply.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Self-driven mindset aligned with company values (People, Owners, Winners, Entrepreneurs, Revolutionaries).
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in target verticals including Film, Construction, Events, and Emergency Response.
- Turn cold leads into long-term partners by hunting and closing deals.
- Educate the market on transitioning from diesel to electric power solutions.
- Run product demonstrations and prove the ROI of VOLTstack units.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure usage of equipment and Neuron OS software.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and market trends.
