Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of building and closing million-dollar deals.
  • Experience selling generators or relevant industrial equipment.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts like volts, amps, and kWh simply.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Self-driven mindset aligned with company values (People, Owners, Winners, Entrepreneurs, Revolutionaries).
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in target verticals including Film, Construction, Events, and Emergency Response.
  • Turn cold leads into long-term partners by hunting and closing deals.
  • Educate the market on transitioning from diesel to electric power solutions.
  • Run product demonstrations and prove the ROI of VOLTstack units.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure usage of equipment and Neuron OS software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and market trends.
