Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or related studies.
  • 2+ years of experience in client account management.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (100% English).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central preferred.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a portfolio of 15+ clients with a focus on high retention.
  • Build and track KPIs for all assigned accounts.
  • Conduct bi-weekly strategy calls to communicate results and future plans.
  • Brainstorm and implement growth strategies for Amazon client accounts.
  • Plan and optimize advertising campaigns within Amazon's Campaign Manager.
  • Resolve client account issues by troubleshooting and opening cases with Seller Support.
  • Use software platforms including Intentwise and Zonguru.
  • Participate in daily stand-up and weekly team meetings.
