Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or related studies.
- 2+ years of experience in client account management.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (100% English).
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central preferred.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of 15+ clients with a focus on high retention.
- Build and track KPIs for all assigned accounts.
- Conduct bi-weekly strategy calls to communicate results and future plans.
- Brainstorm and implement growth strategies for Amazon client accounts.
- Plan and optimize advertising campaigns within Amazon's Campaign Manager.
- Resolve client account issues by troubleshooting and opening cases with Seller Support.
- Use software platforms including Intentwise and Zonguru.
- Participate in daily stand-up and weekly team meetings.
