Requirements

- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale digital content collections, publishing workflows, metadata, and CMS platforms.
- 3+ years of experience optimizing customer-facing content through experimentation and performance analysis.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing content performance metrics and data to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, usability, and layout composition.
- Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to balance analytical rigor with creative judgment.
Responsibilities
- Curate and optimize content collections to ensure high-performing customer experiences.
- Manage content lifecycle processes including metadata, publishing workflows, and maintenance in CMS platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and experimentation results to inform content strategy.
- Develop frameworks for content quality, evaluation, and KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute content experiments.
- Translate complex data into actionable narratives for leadership stakeholders.
