Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web, mobile, or both.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from discovery through delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to a design system.
- Ability to use analytics, user behavior data, and funnel metrics to inform design decisions.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts and constraints.
- Experience designing accessible products for diverse user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and reviews to identify pain points and product opportunities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for implementation.
- Maintain and contribute to the shared design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineers during implementation.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to drive design iterations and optimizations.
- Communicate design rationale and process to stakeholders across the organization.
