Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in roles related to financial products, banking operations, fintech, or business analysis in a financial institution.
- Basic familiarity with banking or fintech concepts such as transactions, accounts, or payments.
- Exposure to Agile environments (Scrum), including participation in sprints, standups, or backlog work.
- B2 English level minimum for regular communication with the U.S. team.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Support the product backlog and roadmap for core banking modules, helping prioritize features based on business value and client impact.
- Learn and document core banking workflows (reconciliation, posting, reversals, card processing) and translate them into user stories with guidance from subject matter experts.
- Participate daily in standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement with developers, QA, and the Scrum Master.
- Work alongside experienced team members on the original core banking system to understand functional requirements during migration.
- Help coordinate rollout readiness across deployment environments (dev, QA, beta, production).
- Identify gaps and edge cases in financial transaction flows, escalating decisions when needed.
- Use AI tools to speed up documentation, analysis, and requirement drafting.
