Requirements
- BS degree in combination with equivalent medical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, or ED.
- Willingness to support sites as needed within North America.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must live within an hour of a major airport.
- RN, RT, RD, or health science-related degree preferred.
- Prior industry experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train and support organ retrieval and transplant teams in the use of the OrganOx metra.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for approximately 15 days a month, including holidays and weekends.
- Organize site initiation visits, refresher visits, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with liver transplant teams to collect performance and usage data.
- Support management in R&D activities and administrative tasks.
- Attend regional, national, and international conferences as a company representative.
