Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in modern backend environments.
- Deep proficiency in .NET Core 6+ and C# (advanced level).
- Strong expertise in SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Functions, App Services) or AWS.
- Deep experience with AIDLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) and an agentic programming mindset.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI assistants like Cursor and GitHub Copilot into the daily workflow for rapid code generation, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET Core 6+ capable of handling thousands of concurrent users.
- Build and optimize distributed systems with a focus on high availability using event-driven architectures and message queuing.
- Leverage AI to generate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to achieve a 97% code coverage ratio.
- Optimize SQL and NoSQL schemas and queries to ensure peak application performance.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews focused on performance, observability, and adherence to simple code standards.
