Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience as a top-tier BDR/SDR or quota-carrying AE.
- Proven experience in a high-velocity, high-volume environment.
- Analytical fluency in eCommerce metrics, A/B testing, and ROI calculations.
- Ability to guide customers through lightweight technical installations and screen-share setups.
- Proficiency with modern prospecting tools such as Clay and Apollo.
- Understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound marketing as an integrated ecosystem.
- Experience writing sales copy and testing messaging.
- Demonstrated urgency and ownership over a large book of business.
Responsibilities
- Own the inbound acquisition pipeline for the SMB segment, guiding prospects through pitch, trial, and closing.
- Intercept high-intent leads from marketing nurture streams via email and phone.
- Execute surgical outbound campaigns targeting high-value SMB accounts.
- Build data-backed business cases and explain A/B testing methodologies to demonstrate ROI.
- Secure positive reviews and case studies from delighted customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine email workflows and ad copy based on direct sales feedback.
- Run cross-selling initiatives for new product launches within the install base.
