Requirements
- Active rolodex of US-based distributors, marine manufacturers, or large-scale specialty lumber buyers.
- Granular technical understanding of Indonesian-imported marine-grade Meranti plywood (IHPA, CARB2, TSCA, surface coatings, veneer specs, and gluing specs).
- Proven history of independently moving high-volume, container-level shipments of imported tropical hardwoods.
- Ability to work in a 100% remote, autonomous 1099 capacity without daily corporate oversight.
Responsibilities
- Drive national volume by utilizing established networks to close high-volume sales of imported marine-grade Meranti plywood.
- Target, pitch, and secure high-value contracts with major US distributors, shipyards, boat builders, and OEM manufacturers.
- Oversee the complete independent sales cycle from initial outreach to closing container-load orders.
- Align client volume demands with incoming container schedules from Indonesian mills.
