Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in a high-volume inbound customer support or account management role.
- Experience in the Tech or SaaS space preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously (Salesforce, Maestro, Looker).
- Technical troubleshooting experience for mobile apps across iOS and Android.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle escalated or high-pressure calls professionally.
- Capacity to understand small business pressures and explain complex policies.
- Self-starter mentality with discipline to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving products and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for web and app experiences, guiding Pros through digital walkthroughs to manage their profiles.
- Conduct high-level discussions regarding Pay-per-Lead and Subscription products to explain ROI and value.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and trade-specific challenges.
- Own individual KPIs including Productivity, Quality Assurance, and Resolution rates.
- Triage unresolved issues to cross-functional teams including Product, Billing, and Sales.
- Participate in coaching and calibration sessions to improve professional skills.
