Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience in a high-volume inbound customer support or account management role.
  • Experience in the Tech or SaaS space preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously (Salesforce, Maestro, Looker).
  • Technical troubleshooting experience for mobile apps across iOS and Android.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated or high-pressure calls professionally.
  • Capacity to understand small business pressures and explain complex policies.
  • Self-starter mentality with discipline to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving products and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support for web and app experiences, guiding Pros through digital walkthroughs to manage their profiles.
  • Conduct high-level discussions regarding Pay-per-Lead and Subscription products to explain ROI and value.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and trade-specific challenges.
  • Own individual KPIs including Productivity, Quality Assurance, and Resolution rates.
  • Triage unresolved issues to cross-functional teams including Product, Billing, and Sales.
  • Participate in coaching and calibration sessions to improve professional skills.
